NeuLandlord was launched on January 8th, 2007 with one simple goal in mind: To provide a place for renters to share their experiences with their landlords and property management companies. Everyday, unfair rental practices are taking place in the form of discrimination, sudden rent increases, unfair retention of a renter’s deposit, notice to vacate without timely notification, and many other unlawful acts that go without any repercussions to the landlord or the management company. The renter is simply replaced with another unsuspecting tenant and the same unlawful practices take place. NeuLandlord is a centralized collection of reviews and ratings of landlords and management companies written by renters! This levels the playing field and brings to light any unfair practices that are taking place which will result in those properties not being rented. Finally, those acting in an unfair manner will be held accountable. Don’t ever sign another lease again without first checking Neulandlord.
